By purchasing my services (art), you automatically agree to the following conditions.

Please read this entirely and carefully. I will have to refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms.

If you are not comfortable with my Terms Of Service and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, I urge you to not request a commission.

You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me.

Clients who have commissioned and/or received work before this TOS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents.

Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.

I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.

Do not mint/sell the commission work for NFT or legal action will be taken.

If you have any questions regarding commercial usage/other usage, please contact me. (Live2D commissions are already commercial use thus this term does not apply to it.)

Please credit me as in your bio, twitch panel, tweets, about page, etc, at least once when posting my commission.

Do not reproduce or redistribute my work (reselling) without my permission.

You cannot change, modify, edit my works without my permission. Please contact me to change the work if required or wanted. (Memes are allowed)

Please do not trace over my Artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base.”

If you issue any chargeback, the rights to your commission will be revoked and you will no longer be able to use it.

Fill out the Commission Ordering form on my website.

You will then get a reply from me discussing the details (if needed) as well as me confirming your slot.

To guarantee the total accuracy of your commission request, please make note of the required details and elements in the form.

If your character is extremely detailed, I have to charge a fee to include these details. This fee will be stated before the transaction, and you hold the right to make changes to your commission request (eg. change the character, agree to simplified design changes) before the transaction is complete.

I will - after everything is processed and confirmed - send you an invoice. You need to confirm the payment with me before I start your order.

I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.

If payment is not made in a timely manner (24h) after I've placed the Invoice, the commission will be canceled.

I will only be accepting through Goods and Services. My commissions will only and always be "Digital Goods". So when an order is placed, you are required to remove your address on the payment website.

I usually take up to 2 months - a year depending on my queue.

Please set a deadline for your commission. This deadline must be disclosed prior to payment.

If due dates are discussed, please send reminders.

Do not harass me over my work speed will be tolerated, regardless of the time that has passed.

You reserve the right to be notified of any delays.

Rush fees are at least + 50% of the commission. Fees might vary depending on the project and the timeframe provided.

In some cases, I am able to accept a rush commission that would bring your queue up forward significantly.

Dates provided are subject to change, details are to be discussed should the client have set dates.

Colored Sketch > Lineart > Eyes > Face > Hair > Upper Body > Lower Body > Expressions(if requested) > Finished

I will send a WIP (‘work in progress’) image after 50% of the payment is completed.

These images will be sent either on Discord or Twitter.

I will only send a guaranteed WIP for the Sketch, but you are free to request a WIP at any given time.

Up to two major revisions can be made during the drafting phase of the commission. Only very minor adjustments within reason can be made afterwards.

Each time I send a WIP to a client, feedbacks are most welcomed.

Changes will only be made at the sketch stage.

Any changes to the character or subject will be subject to a fee, and the fee will depend on the nature of the change.

After the order is completed, minor changes such as color adjustments are allowed if the missing or inaccurate elements are my faults (e.g., I overlooked details provided in the order).

In the absence of feedback from the customer, any changes to the final piece will be subject to a fee.

I will not redraw a completed commission unless payment is received for a second order.

Major design changes that are entirely different to the original order will be considered as a new commission and therefore liable to be charged full price.

If the client or a rigger plan to modify the commission after I finish, please contact me beforehand so we can get in touch.

The client is not allowed to bring any third party to criticize my work or ask for changes, as THEY are not the CLIENT. Riggers will and only be given the permission to ask for changes on layer placements or any requirement to make the rigging smooth for them.

There may be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustration you will receive. The commissioner must respect that my artistic style cannot be altered.

I reserve the right to reject critiques pertaining to artistic skill and stylization, and if the critique reduces the artistic quality of the piece.

You, the Client, are responsible for saving any information, images, and other digital data I provide.

Any file you paid for will be available from me for a finite time only. I take measures to preserve most files for up to 3 months. However, I cannot guarantee against computer failure or accidental deletion or loss.

Any comments that are rude, inappropriate, inflammatory, and/or non-constructive may result in blacklisting.

Mode of Payment: Paypal via invoice/ WISE( Preferable due to less fees).

Payment should be given before work unless stated.

Price of your commission may vary depending on the complexity. Starting price range will be stated in each commission info.

Rush fee: +50% Price increase (applies to all types)

When applying for waitlist, you are to pay a fee depending on the type. The fee will not be refunded if you cancel.

If payment for installments will be late, I am willing to wait, so please don't give yourself a hard time with it.

Again, DO NOT CHARGEBACK if you no longer want to continue the commission. If you are having a hard time financially, DO NOT COMMISSION since the start.

Commercial fees will only apply if my work is going to be used in: Twitch, Youtube & Tiktok (paid use)

Merchandise: Twice of the original price + 20%

The artist will not disclose any information or image regarding your commission. Please also refrain from posting about the commission in a public space. This is important if you are a Vtuber and want me to keep assets private until your debut.

For canceling your commission, please contact me IMMEDIATELY before payment ensues.

No refunds when you cancel after payment.

I will only refund if I cannot work on it physically or have gone over the given turn around time.

I will NOT refund any amount if you wish to cancel the commission. I am only allowed to refund if I no longer wish to work on it.

If I cancel a project, I will refund 100%. If I wish to cancel an add-on, only the add-on amount will be refunded.

If we agree on a payment plan and I start the commission after the first deposit has been done, I will not refund your said deposit if you back out of the Payment Plan.

You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.

If for any reason your PayPal account malfunctions or authorizes a refund request without your knowledge, you must contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.

You are required to contact me when you need to cancel a commission request.

Purposefully issuing a chargeback will result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address, and anyone sharing your PayPal account, including side accounts. Your account will be listed on all my social medias and websites for all to see. Think first before doing.

In case I am not contactable, refund through dispute on Paypal.

Please do not disclose any personal information found in the transaction process or legal action will be taken.

Information about clients will be kept confidential from other people asking until client says otherwise.

This does not apply to the artist concerning blacklisted people. If you have breached the TOS, the artist is free to post about it.

When ordering chibi models, please provide clear character reference.

Please do not order through Ko-Fi if you do not have a design.

Extra charges may apply depending on your request.

TAT can be within 3 days to 3 weeks depending on work queue.

Please provide deadline if you need it asap. If the deadline is very close, there may be rush fees.

I request you have a clear idea of what you would like your model to be like before submitting a form.

(For Model Illustration) You will need a complete character design that has at least a full body + 2/3rds or fully frontal image reference.

I can make minor adjustments to an already existing design if requested.

Please have a list of features you are certain you want on your model, as adding on more once the commission process begins will result in additional fees. In the case that I have to go back and rework already completed artwork or rigging will also result in additional fees.

Always be aware that you can come back at later date to have things added to your completed model. (Such as additional outfits if you noted on your form it’s something you’re interested in.)
